In my tenure with AWS in 2021, I led sourcing efforts for dynamic teams across diverse business verticals, focusing on critical cloud roles essential for development and client/customers.  

Working closely with recruiters, client leads, Hiring Managers, and Recruiting Managers, we supported the recruitment process for roles such as Cloud Architect, DevOps Architect, Application Architect, Cloud Infrastructure Architect, Cloud Application Development Architect, Solutions Architect, and TS/SCI Roles.

Overcoming AWS Challenges: What Were the Key challenges and How did we win?

-The challenges were substantial, demanding candidates skilled in architecting scalable and serverless products, preferably in AWS. 

-Challenges included sourcing individuals who are tech builders who are hands-on, technically solid professionals proficient in various languages, scripting, designing, building, deploying on-premises or cloud-based solutions.

-Additionally, candidates should have experience maintaining IT infrastructure with expertise in cloud integration services, covering data center, network, and server services. Those with post-sales system architecture experience and client-facing skills are highly valued for cloud architect roles.

-Successfully addressing these challenges required a meticulous recruitment process, from identifying suitable candidates to intensive interviews for different cloud roles.

Embarked on the Amazon RPO journey in 2018- 2019, recruiting for software development engineering roles for Alexa Shopping & Search Infrastructure teams.
